Before You Call Us Out of Hours
Tick any that apply to your situation below and we'll tell you exactly what to do — and what to expect.
There is an immediate risk to life or serious property damage. Do not wait. If there is any risk of fire or electrocution, turn off the power at the mains and call 999 first if needed. Then contact us directly — this qualifies for our out-of-hours emergency response.
No immediate danger, but this needs prompt attention. During working hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5:30pm), call us to book a priority slot. Out of hours, leave a voicemail and we'll be in touch first thing the next working day.
This is safe but inconvenient — there's no need to call out of hours. Send us a message or call during office hours and we'll get you booked into the next available slot at our standard rate.
Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 9:30am–3:00pm. Outside of these hours we are available for true electrical emergencies only (Grade 1). Please leave a voicemail with a brief description of the issue.
